Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial machinery to ensure production targets are met consistently.
• Execute quality control inspections to verify that all finished products adhere to strict specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline manufacturing processes and improve overall throughput.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by strictly following established industrial safety protocols.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure operational continuity.
• Handle, move, and position heavy materials safely throughout the production floor.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
• Proven capacity to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening and physical capability assessments.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to facility policies.
