Job Summary

As a Manufacturing Operative, you will play a vital role in the production process, ensuring the efficient assembly and quality of our products. This energetic position requires hands-on involvement with various tools and equipment, supporting the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help us maintain high standards and meet production targets.

Duties

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to support product manufacturing
• Assist in the assembly of fragrance and beauty product components according to specified procedures
• Conduct routine quality checks during production to ensure consistency and standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and production areas
• Support inventory management by accurately handling materials and supplies
• Follow health and safety guidelines diligently during all tasks
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals efficiently

Experience

• Previous experience in manufacturing environments is advantageous
• Warehouse experience will be beneficial for understanding inventory handling and storage procedures
• Experience in hospitality would also be beneficial
• Good attention to detail and a positive attitude towards safety and quality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy environment

Pay: £13.40 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week
