Manufacturing Operator - 3rd shift

Primary Function: Performs dicing operations on micro-electronic components. Operates multiple dicing machines, loads programs into machines, measures and tests components, and visually inspects components. Position is on 3rd shift (Mon - Fri, 11 PM - 7 AM). Starting wage is $16.90/hour - $17.53/hour (including shift adder) depending on qualifications. Training is on 1st shift (Mon - Fri, 7 AM - 3 PM).

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for Dicing Operations of assigned products. This requires use of manufacturing equipment, manual operations, and chemical processing.
• Operates equipment including but not limited to one machine.
• Mounts and Demounts Units.
• Cleans units.
• Loads programs into equipment.
• Dice units.
• Measure/electrical test units
• Visually Inspect Units
• Fill out documentation, enter data in system
• Load units into appropriate transport trays or containers.

• Ability to read and write in English
• Ability to use a computer touchscreen and input data accurately

• Critical thinking - ability troubleshoot and solve problems

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Good vision
• Ability to stand for most of the shift
• Ability to lift weight or exert force up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work with chemicals and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Good attendance
• Due to export controls, U.S. person is required - U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident.
