Manufacturing Operator

• Title: Production Operator
• Duration: 12 months Contract
• Shift: 2nd Shift Mon - Fri
• Location: Pompano Beach, Florida 33069
• Payrate: $20/hour on W2 without benefits

Roles & Responsiblities:

• Perform basic job functions under the guidance and oversight of a qualified operator.
• Clean, maintain, and organize tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety requirements precisely.
• Demonstrate basic math, communication, and time-management skills.
• Maintain an orderly and efficient work area.
• Comply with Company Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability policies and values.
• Communicate and collaborate professionally with peers and supervisors.
• Support team members and assist with tasks to achieve work-center goals

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
