Medical Device Assembly

You’ll work as part of an entry-level assembly team producing intricate medical devices. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in medical device manufacturing, with full training provided.

• Assemble intricate medical devices with precision and care.
• Use hand-eye coordination and strong attention to detail.
• Maintain high product quality according to company standards.
• Work in a clean, comfortable, climate-controlled environment.

We’ve successfully placed people from a wide range of backgrounds including healthcare, laboratory, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, warehousing, pick packing, administration, and customer service - even those with no prior experience.  
 
Manufacturing Operator

Join a close-knit manufacturing team making quality products and components for the medical device industry.

• Use equipment to fabricate raw materials into parts and tooling.
• Perform detailed work according to written specifications and technical drawings
• Read and understand product and quality system documentation.
• Have strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with machinery and equipment.
• Be reliable, have strong attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Previous experience in manufacturing and machine operation desirable.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You

• Are available to work 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Have confident verbal and written communication skills
• Are enthusiastic and eager to learn new skills
• Hold a current and valid driver's license or have reliable transport
• Enjoy performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail
• Embrace company culture, values, and health and safety guidelines
• Are able to complete a pre-employment health & fitness assessment as part of the recruitment process.
