Manufacturing Operator / Quality Control

We are representing our client - a multinational company in manufacturing of Medical Equipment, in searching for Machine Operator (1 pax) & Quality Control Technician (1 pax) position based in Batu Kawan, Penang.

The ideal candidate should have good communication in English, ability to lift heavy objects (up to 12KG).

Job Responsibilities:

Manufacturing Operator (1 pax) is responsible for operating various machinery and equipment, and testing machines to support production processes.

• The role involves manufacturing, packaging, quality checking, and other production-related tasks to ensure products meet required specifications and are delivered to customers on time.
• Set up and operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic machines in the manufacturing line.
• Monitor machine parameters such as speed, temperature, flow meters, and gauges.

Quality Control Technician (1 pax) is responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards through inspection, testing, and documentation.

• This role performs first piece, in-process, and final inspections of product to verify compliance with specifications, including its documentation.
• Conduct functional and dimensional testing using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Verify documented inspection, test data, traceability information is accurate, and GDP is maintained.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing (preferably in Medical Equipments)
• Working Days: Mon - Fri
• Working Hours: By shift 7:30AM-3:30PM or 3:30PM-11:30PM
