Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager

Standard Job Description This requisition is in support of the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) program. The selected candidate will manage multiple manufacturing planning, material management and support activities within various manufacturing job functions responsible for Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions. These may include but not limited to, Make, Buy, Bill of Material (BOM) Planning, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Warehousing and Shipping. Over sees production systems integrity and drives inventory optimization to minimize cost. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Basic Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Production and/or Production Control Experience
• Experience in MRP Planning
• Previous Leadership Experience
• Experience with Lean Concepts

Desired Skills

• Experience Production scheduling and Buy/Expedite planning
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools
• Strong background in all processes of Business Operations
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written
• Candidate willing and able to engage on routine and unique problems/issues to help develop solutions
• Risk identification and management experience
• Experience in bid, proposal and estimating practices, and capital budgeting
• Experience with the Supply Chain Management process
• Inventory Management Experience
• Requirements and Bill of Material (BOM) interpretation

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $100200.00 - $186200.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
