Manufacturing Plant Controller

Role: Plant Controller responsible for leading the finance functions of a Chemicals plant within the Finance department.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and plant financial reporting.
• Partner with operations to enhance profitability and efficiency.
• Manage standard costs, variance analysis, inventory valuation, and capital project tracking.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance are maintained.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and provide decision support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
