Duties

• Manage and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to ensure timely production delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor production process and final outputs, ensure the product is contamination free and meets quality specifications.
• Identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and enhance process flow**.**
• Analyze production data and supply chain analytics tools to inform decision-making and optimize resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality control, supply chain management, and assembly to streamline processes and improve overall plant performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on process enhancement, safety compliance, and operational excellence.
• Oversee inventory levels to ensure materials are available for production without excess stock.
• Support team leadership by providing guidance on manufacturing management practices, fostering a culture of lean management, and promoting team development.
• Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of manufacturing management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data for process improvement and supply chain optimization.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures, and management best practices.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
