Manufacturing - Plastic Rotational Moulder Night Shift

Devan is widely recognised for producing high-quality water tanks, wastewater systems, and septic tanks for both above and below-ground use. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Rotomoulder / Machine Operator for Night shift to join our team in Tauriko, working on our state-of-the-art rotational moulding equipment.

About the role:
This is a full-time, hands-on manufacturing role, working Monday to Friday nights (typically 45–50 hours per week). Night shifts usually start between 2:00pm and 3:00pm and run for 9 to 10 hours, depending on production demands.

You’ll be operating rotational moulding machinery to manufacture our core product range, including large water tanks and other moulded items. The role also involves trimming products and preparing them for dispatch.

Key responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor rotational moulding machines
• Manufacture water tanks and other moulded products to a high standard
• Follow health & safety procedures at all times
• Accurately complete production records and paperwork
• Support quality and productivity targets

What we’re looking for:

• Mechanical aptitude and/or previous manufacturing experience
• Ability to follow processes and work independently
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Team player with a solid work ethic
• Forklift licence and overhead crane experience a bonus, but not essential
