  • Ability to independently develop accurate process sheets and tool-illustration deliverables.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing quality checks and first-time-right documentation practices.

Experience and Qualification

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing process documentation, tool design/illustration, production engineering or machining engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production, Automobile Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting automotive, powertrain, industrial machinery or similar precision-manufacturing programs is preferred.

Soft Skills

  • Clear written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong ownership of quality, schedule and deliverables.

Performance Expectations

  • On-time delivery of process sheets, tool illustrations, drawings, reports and supporting documentation.
  • High first-time-right quality and adherence to agreed engineering checklists.
  • Timely identification and communication of missing inputs, access constraints and delivery risks.
  • Effective participation in technical reviews and periodic project-status meetings.
  • Corrective-action support for quality or delivery deviations, when required.
