Manufacturing Process Engineer

We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support and improve manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient, reliable, and consistent production. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical support to Manufacturing and Operations teams.
• Analyze process performance, identify issues, and implement improvements.
• Support process scale-up, technology transfer, equipment commissioning, and startup activities.
• Support process validation, qualification, and continuous improvement projects.
• Investigate process deviations and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support CAPA, change controls, risk assessments, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process documentation, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and R&D teams.
• Ensure processes comply with GMP, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of manufacturing/process engineering experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement.
• GMP or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of process validation, technology transfer, and root-cause analysis is a plus.
