Job Description

At Teledyne MEMS, you'll work with advanced manufacturing equipment, collaborate with a supportive team, and play a direct role in producing precision-engineered devices that serve customers around the world.

If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and continuously improving how things are done, this is an opportunity to build valuable technical expertise while contributing to a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position works Monday through Friday, 4:00pm to 12:00am

What you'll do

• Operate manufacturing processes while following quality and safety procedures
• Work with the team to achieve production, delivery, and quality targets
• Perform routine equipment set-ups, calibrations, and qualifications
• Monitor equipment performance and process consistency
• Manage time and resources effectively to meet production goals
• Support teamwork across shifts and contribute to a positive work environment
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity
• Communicate issues affecting safety, quality, delivery, or cost
• Assist with updates to work instructions, safety procedures, and quality documentation
• Participate in process development and continuous improvement initiatives
