Manufacturing Production Assistant

This is a 1-year contract position under the company.

Based on attendance and performance, the employee may be considered to a permanent role upon of the contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities and production schedule.
• Assist Production Assistant Manager in monitoring output and production progress.
• Coordinate with production workers, line leaders, warehouse, QA/QC, and maintenance team.
• Prepare and update production records, reports, and documents.
• Follow up on material availability and production issues.
• Ensure production area follows safety, cleanliness, and 5S standards.
• Report machine breakdown, quality issues, or production delays.
• Perform other duties assigned by superior.

Requirement and Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good command of spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English. (Japanese is an advantage)
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer systems.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to work under pressure

Working Hours

Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
