Brief Summary

• Basic $4200 + Other allowance $500-700 + Annual Bonus + Medical benefits
• 4343 work : 8am-8pm & 8pm-8am (Monthly Rotating)
• Working Location: East area
• New Headcount

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10-20 Assembly Operator to meet day to day performance targets.
• Involved in assembly operations on complex components, assemblies, and sub-assemblies across multiple production areas.
• Work with internal department to meet on time delivery and customer requirements
• Monitor product quality during production and report any production or quality issues promptly to management.
• Support in NPI, process improvement plan
• Recommend and coordinate required changes based on process analysis
• Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals
• Responsible for staff scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing industry
• Experience in ISO 9000 and ISO 14000
• Must have experience managing teams of 10-20 or more people.
