Manufacturing Purchasing Staff

Job Summary

The Purchasing Staff is responsible for managing procurement activities to ensure the timely and cost‑effective acquisition of raw materials, wiring components, and supplies. This role supports production operations by maintaining supplier relationships, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Work Schedule: Fix dayshit / 8-5PM
• Work Set-up: Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers for wiring materials, electrical components, and related services.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of specifications, quantities, and pricing.
• Monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with suppliers to avoid production delays.
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
• Assist in inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels of wiring systems and related materials.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and cost savings.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to align procurement with operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, ideally in manufacturing or electrical/wiring systems.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, vendor management, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
