Manufacturing Recruiter

Contract Manufacturing Recruiter

Fully remote (US) | $5,800/month | 40-45 hrs/week | Contract, temp-to-perm potential | No benefits during contract

What we need

TalentCompass is hiring a contract recruiter for manufacturing searches: skilled trades, technician, and production roles where the best candidates already have jobs and rarely apply. You’ll find them, get their attention, and run each search from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Source beyond LinkedIn through competitor mapping, trade channels, and referrals
• Write outreach, track response rates, and refine what you send
• Screen and present candidates
• Keep the ATS accurate and current
• Use funnel data to spot where searches stall and recommend fixes

What You Bring

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting in manufacturing, skilled trades, or industrial staffing
• Agency or staffing experience preferred; RPO a plus
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort working with data
• Self-directed with a full search load

Who we are

We’re a collaborative team based in Santa Monica, CA 2-days / week (although this role is fully remote). We work with organizations ranging from Fortune 100 companies to privately held businesses, mainly in healthcare and manufacturing. Our approach comes from Evidence-Based Recruiting (McGraw Hill), written by our co-founder: measure what’s working, and change what isn’t.
