What You Will Own

• People & Performance
  • Lead, coach, and develop Maintenance Technicians and Team Leaders.
  • Run daily stand-ups; translate departmental priorities into actionable plans.
  • Provide training, conduct evaluations, and hold development discussions.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and grow talent in partnership with HR.
  • Resolve employee concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Maintenance Execution
  • Schedule people, equipment, materials, and services to meet production needs.
  • Plan work, estimate manpower, and align resources to complete assignments.
  • Coordinate maintenance with production to protect uptime and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues to cut downtime and elevate equipment performance.
  • Ensure all work is executed safely and efficiently.
• Safety, Quality & Compliance
  • Operationalize EHS, 5S, ISO quality, and production objectives.
  • Uphold safety policies and champion a culture of accountability.
  • Interpret and enforce company policies across the team.
  • Advance continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Communicate effectively with peers, production leaders, vendors, suppliers, and technical experts.
  • Build strong relationships and align on solutions to equipment and operational challenges.

Qualifications

Education & Experience (choose one)

• Associate Degree from an accredited technical school or two-year college; or
• Minimum of two (2) years of leadership responsibility in industrial maintenance and training and a minimum of five (5) years of maintenance experience in a multi-craft industrial environment; or
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Technical Proficiency

• Allen-Bradley PLCs (SLC 500 and PLC-5)
• Mitsubishi PLCs
• ABB S3 and S4 Robotics
• AC and DC Servo Drives
• Inverter and DC Drive Systems
• Highly automated manufacturing equipment and robotics
• Industrial troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Preventive and corrective maintenance systems
