  • Significant visibility within the company's growing business unit

  • Competitive compensation, bonus, relocation assistance if needed, and outstanding benefits beginning on day one

What You'll Do:

  • Lead daily manufacturing operations with an emphasis on safety, quality, productivity, and employee development
  • Partner with the Safety Manager to promote and maintain an industry-leading safety culture
  • Set production priorities and ensure the efficient flow of material through the facility
  • Coach, mentor, and develop hourly employees while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture
  • Conduct employee evaluations and address performance and development opportunities
  • Participate in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members
  • Direct production reporting and monitor key performance metrics including safety, labor, quality, cost, and output

  • Help support startup activities, process improvements, and plant ramp-up initiatives
  • Manage departmental performance with accountability for production, quality, customer service, labor, and cost objectives
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and oversize site financial performance
  • Work closely with operations leadership to replicate best practices and build a scalable operation

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

  • Hands-on and comfortable spending time on the plant floor
  • Passionate about building a strong safety culture
  • Curious and mechanically inclined
  • Able to make decisions under pressure
  • Comfortable in a startup environment without having structure handed to them
  • Willing to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, heavy production environments, or related industries
  • Strong communication and employee development skills
  • Experience supervising hourly employees and setting clear expectations
