Manufacturing Supervisor

What you'll do

• Supervise daily production operations and staffing across the shift.
• Ensure adherence to batch records, SOPs, and cGMP requirements.
• Drive throughput, yield, and OEE improvements with lean methods.
• Coach operators and lead shift-level safety and quality huddles.

What you'll bring

• ✓Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing setting.
• ✓3+ years supervising teams in pharma, food, or regulated manufacturing.
• ✓Working knowledge of cGMP and clean-room / controlled-area operations.
• ✓Strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving ability.
