Position: Manufacturing Supervisor

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Pay Rate: $30–$31/hour

Looking to take the next step in your manufacturing career? We're hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production teams, oversee daily operations, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on the manufacturing floor!

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support manufacturing employees throughout the shift
• Assign daily tasks and monitor production goals
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and production delays
• Train and mentor team members to improve performance
• Monitor product quality and enforce workplace safety standards
• Manage attendance, employee concerns, and shift performance
• Communicate production updates and staffing needs to management
• Oversee end-of-shift cleanup and reporting

Shift/Hours:

• 2:00 PM–10:30 PM | Minimum 4 nights per week
• Second-shift coverage needed for approximately 7 months

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Second-shift supervisory experience preferred
• Forklift, warehouse, or shipping experience a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the shift
