This is a working supervisor role. You’ll run equipment right alongside your team, lead by example, and handle your leadership responsibilities throughout the shift. If you’ve led a crew before, you’re eager to learn how we do things, and you want to make your department better than you found it, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead your department as a hands-on working supervisor — running machines alongside your team and handling leadership duties throughout the day
• Pitch in on production to keep the department moving (you won’t be held to the same efficiency targets as your team, but you’ll be an active part of the work)
• Train new hires and current team members on equipment, processes, safety, and quality expectations
• Maintain safety standards and keep the department clean, organized, and hazard-free
• Set daily priorities, assign work, and keep jobs on schedule
• Coach team members, address performance concerns, and recognize good work
• Spot problems on the floor and drive improvements to workflow, quality, and efficiency
• Communicate with other departments, Quality, and leadership to keep work flowing
• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Help maintain compliance with AS9100D quality standards and documentation requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience holding a Supervisor, Lead, or similar leadership title
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred — sheet metal, fabrication, machining, or similar
• Proven experience training and developing new employees
• Strong commitment to safety and experience enforcing safety standards
• A steady, consistent work history that shows reliability and commitment
• Comfortable working hands-on and running equipment on the production floor for most of the shift
• Eagerness to learn new processes and equipment, and to take ownership of your department’s results
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read blueprints/specifications is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
