POSITION OVERVIEW

The Manufacturing Systems Administrator will manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and support manufacturing and Operational Technology (OT) systems in a regulated manufacturing environment, such as pharmaceutical or life sciences manufacturing.The role focuses on ensuring system availability, performance, security, data integrity, and regulatory compliance while supporting systems such as MES, AVEVA PI, PlantPAx, INFOR CMMS, TraceLink, PIMS, and RTMS. The candidate will collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, Automation, Quality, and Validation teams.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer and maintain manufacturing applications and OT systems.
• Troubleshoot application errors, interfaces, system connectivity, and performance issues.
• Support system upgrades, patches, configuration changes, deployments, and enhancements.
• Maintain system documentation and support GxP compliance activities.
• Coordinate with IT infrastructure, database, network, automation, and vendor teams.
• Support manufacturing workstations, industrial computers, servers, printers, and scanners...
