Manufacturing Team Leader - First Shift

What You Will Do:
As a Manufacturing Team Leader, you will take ownership of the daily operations on the production line, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. Your responsibilities will include assigning work to meet daily schedules, managing line setup, training team members, supporting lean initiatives, and conducting performance reviews. As a leader and owner, you’ll help build a positive, inclusive culture while driving the team to meet production goals and share in the company’s success.

Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a leader who understands the value of ownership and who is committed to contributing to the long-term success of the company as a servant leader. You should have several years of leadership experience in manufacturing and a strong desire to grow as a leader. CNC and assembly experience is a plus.
