Manufacturing Technician

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for supporting daily production operations by assembling, testing, troubleshooting and maintaining products and equipment to ensure quality, efficiency and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly, setup, and operation of manufacturing equipment and tools

• Follow work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards accurately

• Perform 100% PCBA-level inspection and execute program flashing using computers for both base and application programs.

• Carry out calibration of semi-finished materials or finished goods using designated calibration rigs.

• Execute scheduled line and equipment maintenance, adhering to preventive maintenance plans and safety standards.

• Conduct basic testing, inspection, and measurement of products

• Troubleshoot minor production or equipment issues and report abnormalities

• Carry out preventive maintenance and housekeeping (5S) activities

• Record production data, defects, and process deviations accurately

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or electronics assembly environment preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with PCBA inspection and program flashing procedures.
• Understanding of calibration methods and usage of calibration rigs.
• Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills for production line equipment.
• Able to read and interpret technical documentation and work instructions.

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and quality mindset.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
