Manufacturing Technician

• At least 2 years of experience in spray painting, with equipment maintenance experience.
• Proficient in automatic painting line operations, capable of independently adjusting spray guns.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of industrial coatings/paints.
• High school diploma or above.
• Detail-oriented with good communication skills; able to adapt to shift work.
• Basic Mandarin communication skills are preferred.
• Work areas include the paint mixing room and spray booth; required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Independently perform product appearance setup and adjustment according to customer requirements.
• Analyze and troubleshoot abnormal or unexpected issues, identify root causes, and demonstrate the ability to implement corrective and improvement actions.

• Tỉ mỉ, có kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt; có thể thích ứng với làm việc theo ca.
• Ưu tiên có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Trung cơ bản.
• Khu vực làm việc bao gồm phòng pha sơn và buồng phun; bắt buộc luôn sử dụng đầy đủ trang bị bảo hộ cá nhân (PPE).
• Có khả năng độc lập thực hiện cài đặt và điều chỉnh ngoại quan sản phẩm theo yêu cầu của khách hàng.
• Có khả năng phân tích và xử lý các vấn đề bất thường, xác định nguyên nhân gốc rễ, đồng thời triển khai các biện pháp khắc phục và cải tiến.
