What they need
- Must be a graduate of a two-year technical vocational course.
- Must have at least six months of work experience.
- Must have a background in Maintenance and Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or a related field.
- Preferably with experience in a food and beverage manufacturing setup.
- Operates production equipment according to established procedures and control plans, ensuring optimal performance, product quality, and compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP and GMP.
- Monitors equipment parameters, performs troubleshooting, and carries out maintenance tasks—including cleaning, lubrication, and filter replacement—to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Conducts pre- and post-operation checks, including Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) procedures, and ensures the availability of required raw and packaging materials before starting production.
- Maintains accurate records of equipment performance, identifies non-conformities, and takes corrective actions to ensure continuous compliance with operational and quality standards.
- Supports operational efficiency through timely changeovers, adherence to good manufacturing practices, and active participation in company-wide safety, quality, and improvement initiatives.
