About the role
Manufacturing Technician position based in Shah Alam / Subang Jaya, responsible for performing special process activities and production operations including masking, unmasking, spraying, touch-up, packing, and documentation according to work instructions and customer requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Perform special process activities such as masking, unmasking, spraying, touch-up, packing, and documentation according to work instructions and customer requirements
- Perform part jigging/un-jigging, bonding, masking, paint mixing, packing, housekeeping, and other production activities
- Operate masking and painting processes according to the Special Process Operation Instruction (SPOI)
- Carry out assigned tasks according to work instructions, safety requirements, and authorized procedures
- Ensure completed work meets the required quality and standards before inspection
- Meet daily production output, schedules, and targets
- Follow all safety precautions when handling chemicals and performing painting activities
