We value accountability, curiosity, and teamwork—and we invest in people who want to grow with us.

About the Position

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our production team! This is a hands-on position supporting the manufacturing of dietary supplements from start to finish, including weighing, blending, encapsulation, and packaging.

Our ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, takes pride in producing high-quality products, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll work closely with our Manufacturing and Quality teams to ensure production runs efficiently, equipment operates properly, and products meet our quality standards.

If you're a problem solver who enjoys learning new equipment, working with a team, and taking ownership of your work, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Manufacturing & Equipment Operations

  • Operate manufacturing equipment, including encapsulators, blenders, fillers, scales, and packaging machinery.
  • Perform equipment setup, calibration, changeovers, cleaning, and reassembly.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate maintenance needs.
  • Complete line clearances and equipment checks to prevent cross-contamination and product mix-ups.

Production & Material Handling

  • Accurately weigh and prepare raw materials according to approved formulations and batch records.
  • Operate blending and encapsulation equipment to produce dietary supplements.
  • Verify materials, lot numbers, and quantities before production.
  • Support packaging operations, including bottle filling, labeling, sealing, and shrink-banding.
  • Monitor production runs to maintain efficiency and product quality.

Quality & Documentation

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cGMP requirements, and safety protocols.
  • Accurately complete production records, equipment logs, and other required documentation in real time.
  • Perform in-process quality checks and report deviations or quality concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready manufacturing environment.

Teamwork & Continuous Improvement

  • Work collaboratively with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Communicate production updates, material needs, and equipment concerns.
  • Assist across manufacturing and packaging departments as production needs change.
  • Participate in training, process improvements, and new product builds.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including decimals and ratios.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow written instructions and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and follow cGMP, safety, and quality requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in dietary supplement, pharmaceutical, food, or related manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 111 and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Experience operating or troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on manufacturing position. Candidates must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds; and hear and respond to equipment sounds and alarms.

Required personal protective equipment (PPE) includes face masks, hairnets, gloves, and foot covers. Respirator fit testing may be required depending on assigned tasks.
