Manufacturing Technician (MNC / with Training)

Structured Training Provided | US MNC semiconductor manufacturing environment

Working Days: Monday – Friday
Basic salary up RM3,800 + Fixed RM300 transport + Shift + Meal allowances
OT available + 15 days AL + Medical Insurance
1 year contract with full-time permanent benefits! High chance to convert to permanent!
Shift: willing to rotate 3 shifts (AM/ Noon / Night)
Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor

Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily production and manufacturing activities.
• Operate and assist with production equipment according to work instructions.
• Perform assembly, testing, inspection and checking of products or components.
• Use hand tools and measuring equipment when required.
• Identify defects, abnormalities or equipment issues and report them to the supervisor.
• Record production information and ensure work is completed according to quality requirements.
• Follow cleanroom, ESD, PPE and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain good production standards and support other duties assigned by the production team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM, SKM, Certificate or Diploma in a relevant technical field.
• Candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, semiconductor, electronics or technical operations are encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical studies are welcome!
• Able to follow work instructions and basic technical procedures.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts.
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment and comply with PPE and ESD requirements.
