Manufacturing Technician (Shift rotation/West)

Job Summary

Operate and monitor production machines to ensure smooth and continuous production. Perform basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance to minimize downtime.

Responsiblities:

• Operate and monitor production machines to ensure proper operation.
• Load raw materials into automated production lines.
• Check machine settings and production output to ensure required quality and quantity.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and basic repairs when machines break down.
• Perform target changes and machine calibration.
• Take samples and perform measurements according to requirements.
• Record results in control charts and checklists.
• Perform machine conditioning when measurements are out of specification.
• Carry out regular machine cleaning and 5S activities to maintain cleanroom standards.
• Report major machine issues to the supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Requirements:

• NTC-2/3, NITEC or equivalent.
• Some working experience is preferred; experience does not need to be in a related field.
• Cleanroom experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and repair.
• Able to perform basic troubleshooting.
• Willing to work in a cleanroom environment.
