您的主要职责

• Interface to PM team, TPM team & design team for request.
• To define process flow chart, assembly process and work instruction, and complete process development in prototype phase.
• Be responsible for assembly tooling design and release.
• Management for production onsite and troubleshooting.
• Technical support for assembly line concept design, process development and RPA topics.

您的任职资格

• Bachelor degree or above within automotive engineering or similar education.
• Min. 5 years and rich experience of sample and assembly line building for eAxle/DHT or AT/DCT.
• Rich know-how of assembly technology such as tightening, pressing, leakage testing.
• Being familiar with the building process of stator and rotor.
• Strong communication skills, and willing to travel if necessary.
• Fluent English.
