Manufacturing Technology Manager

• Understand the customer's technical requirements for manufacturing processes based on their product needs, and develop internal manufacturing technical solutions by integrating advanced manufacturing processes, workflows, equipment, technologies and concepts.
• Assess manufacturing feasibility during the early product development phase, and evaluate new manufacturing processes and equipment requirements arising from product development, while addressing technical bottlenecks and challenges.
• Evaluate and optimize the company's existing manufacturing processes and equipment by leveraging advanced technologies and concepts.
• Leverage the company's product manufacturing technology to help resolve and optimize customers' manufacturing technology issues.
• Assess the reasonableness of investment plans for equipment and facilities required for the manufacturing process.
• Communicate and resolve technical issues related to the manufacturing process between the group headquarters and the Vietnam factory, driving continuous improvement. 6.
• Hands-on management of the entire cycle of industrial automation from concept, capital budget and justification, building of the physical machines and all the way to implementing them in the production line.

任职资格Requirement

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above. Major in Mechanical Engineering ,Industrial Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing technology management experience in manufacturing company, familiar with factory production processes including e stamp & forming, plastic injection molding, CNC, plating, Assembly.
• Experience on driving and coordinating the development of reliable and scalable fully automated manufacturing systems and processes that eliminates operator errors, improves efficiency and throughput, reduces costs and archives best in industry quality products
• Professional Skills: Proficient in manufacturing technology knowledge and methodologies. Excellent organizational, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills. Keen insight. Strong planning and execution abilities.
• Language Skills: Fluent in written and oral English.
