Manufacturing Test Engineer (Hardware & Software)

Location: Ayutthaya

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain automated manufacturing test systems for electronic and embedded products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production test issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.
• Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations, driving effective corrective actions.
• Validate and maintain test fixtures, production hardware, and test equipment to ensure operational reliability.
• Create and maintain test procedures, work instructions, and technical documentation.
• Utilize Python, LabVIEW, SQL, and other test platforms to enhance automation, data analysis, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and manufacturing partners to support production and process improvements.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including test station setup, validation, and successful transfer into mass production.

Qualifications

• Experience testing RFID products, cameras, barcode scanners, or other embedded electronic devices.
• Knowledge of firmware programming and embedded system debugging.
• Experience with label printing systems and manufacturing network troubleshooting.
• Exposure to global contract manufacturing (EMS) environments.
• Experience within regulated manufacturing industries such as medical devices or ISO 13485 environments.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certification is an advantage.
