In this energetic role, you will leverage your outside sales skills to connect with clients, promote our new Local Partner Program, and expand our partnership presence.

Duties

• Engage in proactive outside sales efforts by reaching out to potential clients through telemarketing, networking, and community events
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, insurance brokers, and customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of client needs to recommend suitable insurance and financial solutions
• Utilize marketing strategies to generate leads and increase product awareness within target markets
• Manage sales administration tasks including documentation, follow-ups, and CRM updates to ensure seamless customer interactions
• Negotiate terms with clients to close sales effectively while ensuring mutual satisfaction

Experience

• Proven outside sales experience
• Strong customer service background with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Experience in telemarketing or marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness
• Familiarity with sales administration tools for efficient record keeping
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt quickly

Pay: From $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
