Position: Marble & Tiling Foreman

Availability: Immediate Joiners preferred

Responsible for the day-to-day supervision and execution of marble and tiling works ensuring proper workmanship, productivity, material handling. and installation in accordance With approved drawings. specifications, and project quality requirements.

KEY RESPOSABILITY:

• Supervise daily marble and tiling works' and allocate manpower to work areas,
• Read and interpret Approved shop drawings, layouts, elevations, and installation details
• Supervise installation Of marble, porcelain, ceramic, stone. and other tile finishes
• Check levels. alignment, setting Out, patterns, joints, slopes, and falls before and during installation
• Ensure proper preparation Of substrates, waterproofing interfaces. adhesives. grout. and fixing systems.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Finishing Engineers. QA'QC. subcontractors. and Other trades.
• Check delivered materials against approved samples and ensure proper storage and handling
• Monitor manpower, productivity, material usage. and daily progress.
• Ensure workmanship meets approved Samples, mock-ups, drawings, and quality standards
• Identify defective or incomplete works and arrange timely rectification.
• Coordinate with QAJQC for inspections and ensure work is ready for Inspection Requests (IRS)
• Assist with Client and Consultant inspections and close comments.
• Monitor and complete Snagging and De-snagging of marble and tiling works.
• Ensure completed works are properly protected from damage.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safe working conditions.
• Report daily progress, manpower and material requirements. and site issues to the Finishing Engineer / Project Manager.
• Ensure workers follow a roved HSE requirements and safe working practices.

✅ Material Handling

✅ Snagging & De-Snagging

✅ Proven experience as a Marble & Tiling Foreman on major building projects

✅ Strong experience in Luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, or high-end projects is preferred.

✅ Ability to read and understand Shop drawings and setting-out details.

✅ UAE Experience is preferred

✅ Minimum 7 years of Relevant Experience in marble, tiling, or Stone installation.
