Job Title: Marble Mason

Job Summary:
Responsible for installing, cutting, shaping, polishing, and repairing marble and other natural stone materials for floors, walls, countertops, stairs, and other construction or interior work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and understand drawings, measurements, and installation requirements.
• Measure, mark, cut, and shape marble and stone materials accurately.
• Install marble flooring, wall cladding, countertops, stairs, and other stone works.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely for cutting, grinding, drilling, and polishing.
• Prepare surfaces before marble installation, including leveling and cleaning.
• Apply appropriate adhesives, cement, grout, and other fixing materials.
• Align and level marble pieces to ensure proper finishing.
• Polish, grind, and finish marble surfaces as required.
• Repair damaged or cracked marble and replace defective pieces.
• Ensure proper joints, edges, corners, and finishing.
• Follow project specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades during installation work.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Marble Mason or Stone Mason.
• Good knowledge of marble and natural stone installation techniques.
• Ability to use marble cutting, grinding, and polishing tools.
• Ability to read basic drawings and take accurate measurements.
• Good attention to detail and finishing quality.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience:
2–5 years of relevant experience in construction, fit-out, or interior works.
