Marble / Stone Draftsman

We are hiring a Marble / Stone Draftsman to join our contracting team in Dubai. The role will be responsible for preparing detailed, fabrication-ready drawings for marble and stone works and coordinating with production, site, and project teams to ensure accurate execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate fabrication drawings, cutting lists, sections, elevations, and finishing details for marble and stone works.
• Prepare drawings for countertops, vanities, flooring, wall cladding, stairs, kitchens, feature walls, and other stone applications.
• Prepare detailed edge profiles, joints, cut-outs, fixing details, and dimensions.
• Convert architectural and design drawings into fabrication-ready drawings.
• Review site measurements and incorporate them accurately into drawings.
• Check slab layouts, grain direction, vein matching, joints, and wastage before production.
• Coordinate with production and site teams and make necessary revisions.
• Provide clear drawings for CNC, waterjet, bridge saw, cutting, polishing, and installation processes.
• Identify drawing discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to support Delivery Note preparation and release as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Marble/Stone Draftsman.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.
• Good knowledge of marble and stone fabrication and technical detailing.
• Ability to prepare edge profiles, joints, cut-outs, fixing details, sections, and elevations.
• Knowledge of CNC bridge saw machines, CNC, and waterjet fabrication processes.
• Experience with BOQ/BOM preparation and material take-offs for marble and stone works is an advantage.
• Experience working on high-end villas and luxury residential projects.
• Knowledge of Alphacam or SolidWorks is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and coordination skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required**.**
• Portfolio is a must.
• Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of marble and stone fabrication from drawing to production, with strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project, site, and production teams.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
