Marcom Coordinator

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Marketing Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a similar role.
• Previous experience in a coordinator or supervisory position is preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketing communication strategies, branding, promotions, and campaign planning.
• Experienced in coordinating digital marketing, social media, content creation, events, and promotional activities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Able to develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and communication style across different platforms.
• Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Able to coordinate effectively with Marketing, Sales, Creative, Operations, and other internal departments.
• Experienced in managing relationships with vendors, media, influencers, agencies, and external partners.
• Creative, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and marketing results.
• Familiar with social media management, digital marketing tools, and basic SEO.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design, photography, and video production is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and relevant marketing tools.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, or property is highly preferred.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
