MarCom Executive

About the role

We are seeking a talented MarCom Executive to join ES BROTHER MOTOR SDN BHD in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to drive our marketing and communications strategy forward. As a MarCom Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing integrated marketing communications campaigns that enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. You will be at the heart of our marketing efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling messages that resonate with our target audience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing communications campaigns across multiple channels including digital, print, and social media
• Create engaging content including promotional materials, press releases, social media posts, and email marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing collateral and promotional materials
• Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms and online presence
• Conduct market research and analyse competitor activities to identify marketing opportunities and inform strategy
• Support the planning and execution of marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics and key performance indicators
• Liaise with sales and product teams to ensure marketing messages align with business objectives
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery of campaigns
• Contribute to the development of marketing plans and strategies that support business growth

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing communications, marketing, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and email marketing software
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of marketing analytics and experience interpreting campaign performance data
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Preferred: Experience in the motorcycle industry or B2C marketing
• Preferred: Familiarity with content management systems and website management
