Position: MARCOM Intern for Dominican Republic and the Caribbean Islands

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Sales Teams to support their needs and to drive customer engagement through effective activity planning and execution.
• Assist in developing Marcom briefs, marketing campaign concepts, and content creation in partnership with creative services and digital marketing.
• Support the localization, creation and management of promotional materials to align with market demands.
• Contribute to the development of impactful online and offline campaigns designed to enhance market penetration and drive sales leads.
• Assist in editing and creating content for digital channels, monitor and analyze communication metrics to gauge campaign effectiveness.
• Help manage marketing activities within an established budget, ensuring resource allocation is optimized to achieve goals without exceeding financial limits.
• Organize, coordinate and manage logistics for corporate events, exhibitions, activations and training sessions, while working in collaboration with vendors, internal teams and partners to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Assist in managing the App, including content updates, customer service, gifts management, and overall App promotion.
• Oversee store decoration and ensure consistent branding across all locations, ensuring compliance with brand standards. Develop in-store materials and manage seasonal promotions to enhance the brand presence and foster customer engagement.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships by managing the creation of quotations, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely follow-up on supplier payments.
• Availability to travel within the Caribbean Islands if necessary.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of the technology and electronic security market.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
