Marcomm Coordinator

• Manage promotional content, social media, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate and manage B2B partnerships and client relationships.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with B2B clients.
• Oversee and monitor company fleet operations.
• Manage vehicle scheduling, maintenance, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, drivers, and business partners.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing, B2B activities, and fleet operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Communication, B2B, or Operations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Basic knowledge of fleet or operational management is a plus.
