MarComm (Operational) Officer

Job Descriptions:

• Collaborate with Ops through brainstorming sessions to identify and execute local promotions that drive traffic and sales at each outlet
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across all outlets — covering branding initiatives, sales boost programs, seasonal promotions, and other marketing activities
• Responsible to platforms related to marketing/branding
• Track and report on the performance of campaigns, promotions, and partnerships — including budget utilization and key results
• Develop and manage brand collaboration and partnership initiatives for co-promotions, cross-brand campaigns, and local outlet activations
• Identify bottlenecks in marketing processes and implement scalable solutions

Requirements:

• Maximum 28 y.o with minimum 2 years in marketing operation.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Any field related
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical mindset — able to track campaign data and draw actionable insights
• Creative thinker who is also execution-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
