Responsibilities: -Create engaging content, capture high-quality photos/short-form videos (Reels/TikTok), and develop attractive promotional campaigns. -Manage and update all social media platforms, while handling basic inquiries, comments, and inboxes to ensure excellent customer care. -Oversee PR activities and collaborate with travel bloggers, influencers, and KOLs to promote the hotel and drive brand awareness. -Execute online advertising campaigns (paid ads) and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to continuously optimize sales and marketing strategies.
