Marcos Shift Lead

We’re looking for a reliable, motivated Shift Lead who can help run great shifts, lead the team, and deliver excellent customer service.

Starting Pay: $16.00/hour + pooled tips after 30 days. Must be available for closing shifts and weekends. As a Shift Lead, You’ll

• Lead the team and keep shifts running smoothly.
• Assign tasks and help keep employees on track.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Help prepare pizzas and other menu items.
• Handle cash and register responsibilities.
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and store standards.
• Complete opening/closing responsibilities.
• Step up and help wherever needed during busy periods.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Is dependable, punctual, and responsible.
• Has a positive attitude and leads by example.
• Can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicates well with employees and customers.
• Is comfortable taking responsibility for a shift.
• Has restaurant or leadership experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person.
