Position Overview

As a Budtender / Patient Care Specialist, you will serve as one of the main points of contact for patients entering our dispensary. This role is focused on creating a professional, welcoming, and educational experience while helping patients navigate medical cannabis products safely and confidently.

We are looking for individuals who communicate well, work well with others, stay positive under pressure, and take pride in delivering excellent service.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist patients and caregivers in a warm and professional manner
• Educate patients on products, consumption methods, and safe use practices
• Help patients navigate menus and select products based on their needs and preferences
• Process transactions accurately using our POS system
• Maintain compliance with all Kentucky medical cannabis regulations and company policies
• Support inventory organization, restocking, and daily operational tasks
• Work collaboratively with management and team members to maintain a positive store environment
• Continue learning through ongoing cannabis education and product training

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, healthcare, or cannabis is preferred but not required.

Schedule & Availability

Dispensary hours typically range from 8 AM – 8 PM. Candidates should be available for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
