What they need
- Read blueprints: Follow technical drawings, sketches, and building plans to meet project requirements.
- Measure and cut: Shape wood, drywall, and other materials accurately using hand and power tools.
- Build frameworks: Construct walls, floors, door frames, window installations, and staircases.
- Install fixtures: Fit cabinets, doors, trim, hardware, and siding.
- Repair structures: Inspect damaged woodwork or installations and replace defective parts.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: High school diploma plus a completed apprenticeship or several years of journey-level field experience.
- Tool proficiency: Strong ability to safely use saws, drills, sanders, levels, and measuring tools.
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials, and climb.
- Math and detail skills: Good baseline math skills for precise measuring and calculating dimensions
