Marine Charter Manager

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Charter Manager to lead and grow our yacht charter business. This role is responsible for driving charter sales, maximizing yacht utilization, managing day-to-day charter operations, and delivering exceptional client experiences across private charters, corporate events, client entertainment, and multi-day charter services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute charter business plans, sales strategies, pricing structures, and revenue targets to maximize yacht utilization and profitability.
• Manage the full charter sales cycle, including client enquiries, quotations, bookings, contracts, payment collection, and post-charter follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, corporate partners, and business networks.
• Coordinate charter itineraries and operational arrangements to ensure seamless charter experiences.
• Work closely with Captains, Deckhands, and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of all charter services.
• Monitor charter performance, including bookings, yacht utilization, revenue, costs, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare business performance reports and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and commercial results.
• Manage, coach, and develop charter team members to maintain professional service standards.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote charter services through client events, social media campaigns, strategic partnerships, yacht shows, and brand activities.
• Ensure the highest standards of customer service, safety, and operational excellence are maintained. [

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Proven experience in yacht charter, luxury hospitality, marine, tourism, event management, lifestyle, or related industries.
• Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills.
• Experience managing charter operations, luxury services, hospitality operations, or customer-focused businesses.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Advanced written and spoken English is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Passion for luxury products, yachting, hospitality, or premium customer experiences is highly desirable.
