• Monitor vessel performance, including fuel consumption, speed, and navigational data, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on vessels and equipment, identifying and rectifying any potential issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possess a relevant maritime degree or diploma (e.g., Nautical Science, Marine Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
• Hold valid STCW certifications and any other required maritime endorsements for the specific vessel type and operational area.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marine operations, with a proven track record in vessel management.
