Role & responsibilities -

We are Hiring Marine Pilot for a leading Marine service provider Co in Kuwait

Qualification B.Tech / Diploma In Marine Engineering

Experience - 10 - 12 years exp as a Marine Pilot

Handled marine & port operation at AMNS

port, Vessel handling, cargo handling, claim

handling, port inspection, Budget

monitoring, Inspection & statuary

compliance of various harbour craft, vessel

nomination, Participation & preparation in

NSPC inspection, port ISPS inspection.

Responsible for overseeing and managing marine

operations & Navigation. Actively involved in the

implementation of Safety Management Systems

(SMS) and Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS).

Played a key role in the training and development of

crew members. Successfully carried out the dry

docking of a 10 Year old Cape size vessel and led

the implementation of SMS and PMS on board.

Demonstrated expertise in cargo operations and

navigation.

Trained Junior officers/Cadets to be

responsible and competent OOW and in port

Berthing officers and safety representatives

Fully conversant in carrying out Cargo planning.

Fully conversant in carrying out anchoring and

navigation in critical areas Experienced in Cargo

Calculation & Cargo Loss prevention. Quick in

decision making with lateral thinking and proactive

approach. Performing well under all circumstances &

managing the team in the best of their capabilities
